At Wambra Ceramics, each piece is thoughtfully handmade, making every item unique. We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help if you experience any issues.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are considered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome and, if applicable, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Handmade Products

Each piece is individually handmade. Minor variations in colour, shape, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects.
